Welcome to www.instantprint.online. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom printing and printer support services. By accessing our Site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES OFFERED

FirstForward LLC provides:

  • Custom Printing: Production of physical goods based on user-provided designs.

  • Printer Services: Technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for printer hardware and software.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTENT

  • Copyright Ownership: By uploading any design, image, or text, you warrant that you own the rights to that content or have explicit permission to use it. FirstForward LLC reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain illegal/offensive material.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. PRINTING POLICIES

  • Proofing: We print exactly what you submit. We are not responsible for low-resolution images, typographical errors, or design flaws created by the customer.

  • Color Matching: We use industry-standard printing processes. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% match to the colors displayed on your digital monitor.

4. PRINTER SUPPORT & TECHNICAL HELP

  • Scope of Service: Our technical help is advisory. We provide troubleshooting steps based on the information you provide.

  • No Guarantee of Fix: While we strive to resolve all issues, we do not guarantee that every printer malfunction can be fixed remotely.

  • Liability: FirstForward LLC is not responsible for any damage to hardware, loss of data, or voiding of manufacturer warranties that may occur during or after a support session.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time.

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and authorized online payment methods. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.

  • Cancellations: For custom printing, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production phase.

6. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Claims: Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted via email to support@instantprint.online within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Service Fees: Fees for technical support/printer help are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of FirstForward LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstForward LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or technical services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
