How do I submit my design for printing? You can upload your artwork directly on our website during the ordering process. We recommend high-resolution files for the best results.

What file formats do you accept? We primarily accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. For the sharpest print, please ensure your files are at least 300 DPI.

Will the colors of my print match my computer screen? Not exactly. Computer screens use RGB (light-based) colors, while printers use CMYK (ink-based) colors. There may be slight variations, but we calibrate our equipment daily to ensure the highest possible accuracy.

Can I cancel my order? Because custom prints are unique to you, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered production. Once the printing process begins, we are unable to stop it or offer a refund.

What kind of “printer help” do you offer? We provide remote technical assistance for common printer issues, including driver installations, connectivity problems (Wi-Fi/Network), “offline” errors, and print quality troubleshooting.

Do you repair physical printer hardware? Our services are primarily focused on software and setup troubleshooting. If your printer has a physical hardware failure (like a broken gear or cracked scanner glass), we may recommend a local authorized repair center or a replacement.

Are you affiliated with brands like HP, Epson, or Canon? No. FirstForward LLC is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any printer manufacturers. We use our expertise to help you get the most out of the equipment you own.

How long will it take to get my order? Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package hits the road.

What is your return policy? Since custom products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@instantprint.online within 7 days so we can make it right!
